Excellent album from this rich 2025
This is an Italian band of young artists with great talent, active in Italian progressive rock (and in my opinion also suitable at an international level), made up of 4 members who play like an orchestra, endowed with great precision and taste. They manage to blend progressive rock with classical influences, a basic symphonic rock, with very elegant atmospheres, sometimes jazzy and sometimes set like mini-structures with the pure form of song in very complex tracks, full of variations, another key word to define this band, which come as a surprise but do not leave you puzzled, rather they amaze and they do all this with great mastery.
The album consists of 6 tracks, a short introductory track, two tracks around 6 minutes, and three tracks ranging from 9 to over 13 minutes.

The artwork is all "lace and frills," classic but not baroque, with an elegant "wallpaper" of floral friezes; this band does well to present themselves this way, it represents them well, with their style rich in detail and (I repeat again), rich in variations on the theme that are their hallmark in my opinion. Not easy, not predictable. An album that gave me a sense of self-awareness in whoever performed it. The Wilson Project have clearly established their presence in this wonderful world of music and progressive rock, and in my opinion, they fit right in.
I will definitely follow them in their future works and I will go listen to their previous debut album. What will it be like? I'm eager to find out.
Highly recommended!
