Diario di Viaggio Della Festa Mobile, Festa Mobile's only album, released in 1973.

Festa Mobile was an Italian symphonic progressive rock band formed in Rome in the early 1970s.

The album is a fantasy concept album that showcases the keyboard work of the Boccuzzi brothers and fuses symphonic, jazz-rock, and pure progressive rock styles.

The band disbanded shortly after the album's release. The Boccuzzi brothers formed the jazz-fusion group Il Baricentro, which released two albums in the late 1970s.

Other members continued their musical careers; for example, Alessio Alba became an expert on Indian music and released a solo album.

Some notes on the tracks

- "La corte di Hon," the opening track, features a powerful piano introduction by Francesco Boccuzzi, followed by a powerful rhythm section and a great vocal.
- "Canto," which, like the previous track, blends jazz harmonies and symphonic rock. Beautiful.
- "Aristea," the top track, begins with a progressive rock introduction that evolves into an intense melodic vocal section, featuring Napolitano's splendid bass.

- "Ljalja," a seven-minute track with beautiful atmospheres and a frenetic piano part played by Boccuzzi.

- " Ritorno," the album's longest track, closes the album on a high note, with fantastic atmospheres both musically and lyrically.

This is a great album with a brilliant sound that blends prog rock and jazz, with excellent jazz harmonies and a beautiful melodic bass from Napolitano.

The song "Aristea" is beautiful, with a great balance between prog and melody.

This album is a true Progressive Rock METEOR. Visit the PROG METEOR section for more information.
